The Study Of The New Energy Car Timeshare Rental Business Model Of PD Group

Faced with increasingly severe environmental constraints,it is a good path to the future development of the automobile industry and one of the most important means of improving air pollution by actively develop new energy vehicles for energy saving and environmental protection and reducing vehicle exhaust emissions.How to increase promotion of new energy vehicles through business model innovation under existing technology became a serious problem.The growing of car rental market demand provide new market opportunities for the promotion of new energy vehicles.This timeshare rental born under the background of the current mode became an effective solution to the promotion of new energy vehicles,but the related theoretical and practical models are still at the exploratory stage.Based on this point,this paper took the PD car sales group as an example of new energy vehicles,which is so-called new lease-timeshare rentals to explore suitable new energy car rentals and provides new ideas for reference.This study found that the PD group has already seized market opportunities in the field of new energy vehicles,completed the layout of new energy business sector,particularly in the field of new energy vehicles already dominated the best market position,but there are many problems in its current business development of leased vehicles in quality,convenience,rental prices and business scope in the field of new energy vehicles.We put forward the improvement strategy based on time-sharing system design,operation optimization and external environment to support new energy vehicles,which are three major aspects of the PD Group time-sharing leasing business:(1)For the timeshare rental of systems design,this paper put forward more specific optimization strategies based on leasing product design,scale and network optimization and leasing aspects of collaborative capabilities of the operating system;(2)we present specific optimization strategy from vehicle scheduling optimization,risk management and business promotion of new energy vehicles,the three major aspectsof the PD Group time-sharing leasing operation.(3)Finally,this paper argues that the Government's support and guide policy is an environment support for PD group timeshare rentals to achieve a breakthrough,to this end,the Government should provide targeted support policy and expected guide policy in the construction of the city and to provide the external environment for the future development of new energy cars.The limitations of this study is that this paper finished with the qualitative studies,and lack the necessary quantitative of the research paper.Moreover,with the continues to refine of timeshare rental business model of new energy vehicles,a variety of new business models are emerging,relating to operation of the innovation and the application of scene would be directions for future research.
