New energy, China’s per capita rate is far below the world average per capita possession of traditional energy, the energy structure of this long dominated by fossil energy is not conducive to sustainable development, promote the use of new energy be imperative.2011 "energy development Twelfth Five Year Plan" will be China’s new energy industry to the development boom, just a few years, China’s installed wind power, solar water heater, solar cell production output and other indicators are ranked first in the world, part of the equipment manufacturing technology, production technology has reached the advanced world level.
