Human resource management effectiveness is a research focus in the field of management in recent years,is an important role in corporate management.In reality,efficient human resource management has a huge impact on corporate performance,job satisfaction has a positive impact on organizational performance,and has been empirically tested.However,from the current researches at home and abroad,although many scholars have done a lot of empirical research on the relationship between the performance and the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational human resource management performance from the organization strategic perspective,also obtained the effectiveness of human resource management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction,organizational performance,but the lack of study on the relationship between the dimension of human resource management effectiveness on job satisfaction and organizational performance,and to study the three effectiveness of human resource management,job satisfaction and organizational performance relationship is in the blank.Based on the research of the relationship between the three,through literature review,put forward the research hypothesis to the dimensions of the effectiveness of human resource management may affect organizational performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction,job satisfaction and group and to explore the effectiveness of human resource management,the relationship between fabric performance,and provide valuable suggestions for management the practice of the company.The purpose of this study is to study the specific mechanism of human resource management effectiveness on organizational performance and the mediating effect of job satisfaction.First of all,this article from the current research background introduces the effectiveness of human resource management in the present stage of development and achievements,secondly,reviewed the relevant literature about the effectiveness of human resource management,job satisfaction and organizational performance at home and abroad.Then,the relationship between human resource management effectiveness,job satisfaction and organizational performance is analyzed theoretically,on the basis of which the research hypothesis and research model are constructed in this study.Three.Again,draw on the domestic and foreign about the three theory of excellence scale,determine the questionnaire of this study,and on the basis of field investigation,through data analysis,to verify the theoretical hypothesis.This research through empirical test shows that: 2 dimensions of effectiveness ofhuman resource management,namely the technology of human resource management and strategic human resource management,has a significant positive effect on organizational performance;the 3 dimensions of the job satisfaction,namely intrinsic job satisfaction,extrinsic job satisfaction and general job satisfaction,but also has a positive effect significant on organizational performance,and the study also found that the dimensions of human resource management effectiveness through job satisfaction indirectly affect organizational performance,verify the job satisfaction in the medium of utility.Finally,through the analysis of the empirical results,this paper puts forward relevant management practice enlightenment,and prospects for future research.
