At present,with the increasing awareness of talent competition in enterprises,human resources management has become an important part of corporate management.Reasonable and effective human resource management plays an important role in improving the overall performance of the organization.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of human resources management has become a common concern of scholars and entrepreneurs.Human resource management is a multi-level management activity.It is often ignored by scholars.The study of strategic human resources management considers that human resource management practices require the participation of line managers.It is becoming a global trend that the line manager assumes part of the manpower management responsibilities.Under this background,will the relationship between the human resources department and the line manager affect the effectiveness of human resource management in the human resource practice? It will be a question worth exploring.The theory of social capital provides a reference for exploring the influence of the relationship between the human resources department and the line manager on the effectiveness of human resource management.From the perspective of social capital theory,this paper uses the social capital embedded in the human resources department and the line manager as an independent variable to explore the impact of social capital between the human resources department and the line manager on the effectiveness of human resource management,and to introduce the cooperation satisfaction degree Intermediary variables,to explore new factors and new paths that affect the effectiveness of human resources management.In this paper,245 sets of valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire survey,and statistical software such as SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 was used to test the hypotheses.The study found that:(1)Social capital(structural capital,relational capital,and cognitive capital)between the human resources department and the line manager has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of human resource management;(2)Social capital(structural capital,relationship)Capital and cognitive capital have a significant positive effect on the satisfaction degree of cooperation between the two(3)The cooperation satisfaction between human resources department and line managers has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of human resource management.(4)The degree of cooperation satisfaction plays a role in mediating the effectiveness of social capital and human resource management.
