Research On The Improvement Of Quality Managemet In Military Enterprises Based On The Zero Defect Quality Cost Model

It takes for granted that quality has become the core of the construction of weaponry and equipment in current international military strategic pattern and the future operational requirements of high technical conditions, therefore, it is of great importance to improve the quality management level of military enterprises, for strengthening China's national defense force.Meanwhile, the purchase of weaponry and equipment begins to progress toward the requirements of the market economy along with the advance of the market reform of military enterprises.How to improve the quality of products and reduce the cost of quality at the same time has become an important research topic of military enterprises.This paper studies development history, research status and research methods of quality cost management, and expounds optimal quality cost model and zero defect quality cost model of quality cost management. As the conclusion I think the closer product quality is to zero defect point, the less quality cost. In the process of approaching zero defect point, external failure losses, internal failure losses and appraisal cost will turn to zero successively, and finally the quality cost becomes to a minimum at zero defect point, namely, quality cost is equal to prevention costAccording to this conclusion, quality management optimization should consider the increase of preventive measures to ensure the identification effect, reduce internal losses and eliminate external losses.In this paper, taking NK research center as an example, I stated the nature and capabilities of the center first, and then described and analyzed the quality cost of the center from organizational structure, quality cost management program, quality cost account setup and quality cost statistics. I think NK research center quality cost structure had following characteristics:high cost of identification, low cost of prevention, low internal losses and high external losses, which means there were three main problems in the quality management of NK research center:firstly, prevention investment was not enough; secondly, identification input had no effect; thirdly, the loss of the problem did not return to zero.In the end of the paper, I sorted out and summarized product realization process and quality control of NK research center, and restored causes of the above three problems to the product realization process and quality control. As a result, I put forward the quality management optimization program which is suitable for the NK research center.
