Research On Quality Cost Management Based On Zero Defect Concept

With the transformation of customer consumption concept and the transformation of China's economy,manufacturing enterprises are facing higher quality requirements.At the same time,enterprises need to consider the maximization of internal economic benefits.Therefore,it's the internal demand for the development of manufacturing enterprises to pay attention to quality and strengthen the control of quality cost.However,the traditional quality cost management is cost oriented,which pursues the balance between cost and quality.It keeps the products under certain quality level,which can't meet the needs of modern enterprises for quality improvement and upgrading.Therefore,enterprises need to transform their ideas and set up the concept of zero defect quality and cost management,focus on quality,emphasize process control,continuous quality cost analysis and improvement,promote quality improvement.It's necessary for modern manufacturing enterprises to reduce cost and maximize the economic benefit of enterprises at the same time to improve the quality.First of all,this paper introduces the background,significance and purpose of the topic selection,combing the literature of quality cost management at home and abroad,clearing up the research content and innovation of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces theories of traditional quality cost management and quality cost management based on the concept of zero defect,pointing out the limitations of the former and the advantages of the latter through the comparison of the two management models.Then,based on the theories above,we build the management system of quality cost,elaborate the basic framework and specific process of quality cost management based on zero defect concept.Finally,the paper performs a case study of quality cost management combined with the case of X manufacturing enterprise.Guided by the theories of quality cost management based on the concept of zero defect,we analyze the problem of X company in their quality cost management,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to solve these problems.In the other hand,it also provides reference for other enterprises to establish and improve the their quality cost management.
