In the modern economic society, the bank is the financial main body in the traditional economic society, and it is the dominant function in the social economy society. This year, the big of financial system reform, more and more fierce competition in the banking industry, a fundamental change has taken place in the whole financial market on the customer and the bank between the supply and demand pattern, and gradually change to the customer as the center of the buyer’s market, innovation consciousness and crisis consciousness of commercial banks gradually increased. Now the commercial banks operating mode has been converted to the pursuit of profit maximization, so that it can be adjusted from the bank’s internal mechanism to stimulate the bank to strengthen marketing capabilities in the market. At present, the financial sector is still dominated banking sector, but the large state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock banks, local banks and microfinance platform and many other commercial financial institutions have flooded in the market, benefit bank expansion was not obvious, or even decline in profits, so the customer and customer resources become the core resources for the banks now. To maximize the bank profit target, how to layout the future business strategy, customer relationship management, how to expand customer financial assets, improve customer stickiness and enhance customer contribution, achieve double growth of bank profits and customer assets, banks not to pursue the goal of. Now in the banking market, customers need to provide the bank front, advanced, convenient financial products and one-stop comprehensive services, to help customers through the bank continuously enhance their own strength, is to create profits for the bank’s business dealings; banks also continue to enhance the service capabilities and product innovation itself, bring customer value and innovation profit growth point.This paper aims to research the domestic and foreign customer relationship management analysis, combined with the development status of Yunnan branch of XX bank, based on the connotation of customer relationship management, customer satisfaction degree and loyalty index, customer value maximizing as the basis, bonded with the present situation of Yunnan branch of XX bank customers and business development status analysis problems in Customer Relationship Management Branch of the problems and puts forward improvement suggestions and Countermeasures of customer relationship management branch.
