| As foreign Banks entering the domestic market in succession,its advanced management system,flexible management mechanism,the lucrative compensation benefits as well as the relatively fair promotion channels,shaking the state-owned bank employees' work condition,combined with the new model of internet financial impact to the traditional commercial banks,some employees jumped to his line or other businesses,commercial banks in their own development and retaining talent are facing greater challenges.The banking industry belongs to the service industry.The public's personal finance business and the development of corporate finance business facing both the enterprise and the government,the banking staff's professional,enthusiastic and patient service is indispensable.In the face of increasingly fierce competition in financial markets,it is always the goal of each bank to acquire as many customers as possible.To achieve better customers experience,which rely on bank staff good service quality and service level,while service quality high and low depends on the bank employees work attitude,namely the bank employee job satisfaction.Based on the research of employees in L branch,through to some employees face to face interviews and a questionnaire for all site staff to understand the current situation of job satisfaction,and reference data,combined with relevant theory,based on the questionnaire data analysis,from the work itself,work reward and development,leadership and management,working environment and the background,working relationship,enterprise overall angle of six.To find the status of employee job satisfaction and the factors that affect the degree of satisfaction,on the basis of existing problems,the concrete question concrete ana lysis,put forward accord with the actual situation of L branch.Therefore,it can stimulate the vitality,potential and creativity of employee,improve the service quality and business level of the bank,and then improve the comprehensive strength of L branch.Through this satisfaction survey,the statistical results of the data reflect the real needs of employees.In the six sub-dimensions of the questionnaire,the work return and development score were lowest and the working environment was second.In terms of individual differences,male employees' satisfaction is generally lower than that of female employees,and the position of teller and site management is low in all positions.In the open question,employees of L branch pay the most attention to salary and welfare,followed by work environment,promotion and development,and learning and training,while corporate culture is the least valued by employees.Aiming at these problems,this paper pertinently put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions from six aspects: ensure the continuous growth of staff income,motivate staff income growth,improve the quality management,improve the working environment,clear the rotational channels,implement the management idea of all for the staff. |
