Since the 21st century, as the rapid development of the domestic air transportation, air transportation companies among increasing competition, resulting in wastage of professional and technical personnel of the domestic airlines also increased year by year, flying, aircraft maintenance, flight dispatch, marketing and other kinds of professional and technical personnel, their wastage and stability management issues become increasingly prominent, the airlines have begun to attract attention, D airline is no exception.The study is divided into six chapters, the first chapter, describes the relevant research methods, content and purpose and significance; The second chapter is the theoretical review describes the classical theory of career planning and management, as a theoretical analysis support of the following research; the third chapter is through the development overview of D airline, and status of human resource management,and problems of career planning and management of professional and technical personnel to analyze, stressed the importance of the implementation of professional and technical personnel career management; the fourth chapter is the core part of this study, D airline professionals at different stages of his career characteristics were analyzed, and to determine the airline, human resources, professional and technical personnel department, and professional and technical personnel itself involved in four areas role of career planning design ideas, design the career development and planning program of professional and technical personnel in D airline; the career management is a systematic and meticulous management process, professional and technical personnel alone career planning program does not fully and effectively implement management. Thus, according to the analysis of the characteristics of the different stages of their career, further proposed countermeasures or the professional and technical personnel career management implementation; the fifth chapter describes the management of the implementation process safeguards; the last chapter is the summary and outlook of this study.The study not only help ease the wastage of present situation of professional and technical personnel in D airline, but also on D airline to optimize allocation of human resources, and enhance the company's management level, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
