With the development of economic globalization, technology innovation and the prevalence of customer centered theory, the external environment change constantly brings great challenges to the enterprise, with the increasingly fierce competition, there are diverse and uncertain factors. Faced with this situation, how to change the status quo, enterprises must maintain the ability of continuous learning, constantly change rapidly advanced technology and management ideas, to an invincible position in the market competition. Therefore, increasing investment in human resources, strengthen staff training and development, enhance the quality of employees, make the enterprise human capital growth, which could enhance the competitive strength of enterprises, and spare no effort to achieve the strategic goal.Enterprise training is the development of a company to improve the quality of personnel, ability, work performance and the organization of the process, and the implementation of the planned, systematic training and training activities. The goal lies in making the knowledge, skills, methods of work, work attitude and work values are improved, so as to play the greatest potential to improve individual and organizational performance, to promote the continuous progress, to achieve double development.In recent years, the exploration and practice of emerge in an endless stream and enterprises related to the theory of training, but the training, design for manufacturing staff occupation development is insufficient, a series of problems appeared, such as the training system needs to be improved, poor training effect and so on.Based on the introduction of domestic and foreign enterprises training, employee training theory and training system theory, analysis of the K factory line staff training process system, combined with the actual situation of K factory, and integrated use of enterprise training theory knowledge, mainly from the staff training organization system, training system, a training process system, training support system four aspects,I put forward a series of optimizing methods to enhance the training system.
