As the internet Plus and the Industry 4.0 initiative in all industries and sectors,more and more manufacturing enterprises have realized that the overall knowledge and skills level of front-line employees are of great significance for the development of the industry and its system's upgrading.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises should take the front-line staff training as an independent subject to study and analyze as well as considering its actual situation from both internal and external economical environment.At the same time,if manufacturing enterprises want to maintain its rapid development,they must ensure the efficiency of the implementation of the front-line staff training system,in which optimizing the training system has become a key factor.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the front-line staff training system in manufacturing enterprises is quite valuable.In the detailed management of manufacturing enterprises,managers should not only pay attention to how to improve the quality of products,but also pay attention to the improvement of its employee's knowledge and skills.Factories should enable their staff to master the necessary operating skills and have awareness of the production standards.At the same time,they should constantly mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the front-line employees so that all the front-line employees can actively participate in the daily management of the enterprise.The training activities of front-line employees usually include four parts: needs analysis,plan formulation,organization and assessment.Any training project should follow the corresponding process,especially be strict with the control of its key points and weak points.Due to the lack of training theory and research methods,most manufacturing enterprises in China are quite weak in its employees' needs analysis and the development of its training lecturer and course system.Therefore,for most manufacturing enterprises,it is of great significance to carry out more in-depth analysis and Research on the above weak parts.This paper takes the training system of front-line employees of H company as the specific research object and takes the actual training of front-line employees of H company as the research content.By using the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,this paper finds the following problems still exist in the front-line employee training system of H company,for instance,first,not taking the enterprise development strategy as the core strategy;second,it barely has no employee career development planning;thirdly,the number of training courses is small and the system is single;finally,the internal lecturer management is chaotic.Besides,there is no scientific training needs analysis,plan formulation,organization and effect evaluation.Therefore,this paper combines Goldstein's three-level training theory,training gap analysis and Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation training theory with H company's actual situation to study and optimize the above problems.To provide guarantee for H company's front-line staff training system,this paper will analyse from H company's the high-level and middle-level management system,security system,and quantity and quality of its teachers and teaching materials.
