Private economy is playing a more and more prominent role in the national economy of Jilin province. However, it is shown in some studies that the average lifetime of private enterprises is only 2.9 years. The current economic situation makes it more difficult for private enterprises to develop. What’s worse, problems that private enterprises can not avoid also are exposed, especially problems on human resources. Employee training is a priority for every enterprise in the process of human resource management and it is a long-term strategic task. At present, there is a big gap between the requirements of the Huasheng Company and the capacity and quality of its frontline sales staff, which will restrict the development of enterprise to a large extent. In addition, consumers’ demand for service is growing personalized and complex, which requires a higher standard for sales staff. To develop the enterprise sustainedly, it is necessary to develop and improve the quality and capacity of the sales staff through effective training.After comparing relevant literature review with the original human resources training system of Huasheng Company, it is concluded that there are a series of problems, including improper analysis of training needs, unreasonable curriculum, uneffective assessment system. In order to solve these problems, some measures should be taken to optimize the analysis of training needs, development of training programs, implementation of training and assessment of training effect. First, card the training needs of the Huasheng company from the organization, mission and staff levels. Use questionnaires to understand the actual training needs of employees. Second, according to the principle and idea of optimization of training systems, establish the reasonable curriculum, improve training teachers and complete the records of sales staff. Third, after a full preparation and a reasonable timetable, control the process implementation. Finally, set up assessment programs with the Coriolis four evaluation model, and focus on the effect of the training system. After the optimization of four aspects in training, safeguard mechanism are put forward from the hardware facilities, organization, and encouragement three angles, to ensure the effective implementation of the training optimization scheme for the frontline sales staff. It aims to build a comprehensive training system for the training of frontline sales staff through this study, and optimize and improve the original training system. Staff will be aware of the importance of training and learning, upgrade their knowledge and skills with what they have been trained, and apply what they have learnt to practice. Therefore, the progress of both enterprises and employees will be achieved.This thesis focuses on the effective optimization of the existing training system in the Huasheng Company, including proposing specific embodiments, evaluating the effectiveness after undating, bringing up effective safeguards. It is concluded from the research that the frontline sales staff training system can guide the practical operation, solve practical problems, optimize the structure of front-line sales staff, develop an excellent sales group who have strong expertise and scientific hierarchy. Thus a solid support will be provided by human resource development and a comprehensive security personnel will be achieved for the overall strategic development of the company. Meanwhile, the new training system will set a good example for similar private enterprise.
