The Research On The Choice Of Shaanxi Agricultural Industrial Organization Pattern Based On Environmental Protection And Food Safety

For a long time, the "Three rural" issue has been the top priority in China's agricultural development China. The Thirteen-Five program noted that we should change the mode of agriculture development, be focus on build modern agricultural industrial system, production system, operating system and improve the quality and efficiency of agriculture and competitiveness. Production efficiency, food safety, resource-saving and environment-friendly agricultural modernization were put forward. Currently, the problem of decentralized management, low efficiency, high risk, low food safety, environmental destruction are very serious. Many scholars believe that building new agricultural industrial organization pattern and innovation of agricultural industrial organization is the effective way to solve difficulties of agricultural development. Meanwhile, as a major agricultural province, the study on selection of agricultural industrial organization pattern in Shaanxi Province is very important.Under this background, this paper did something researches about concept classification, selection of agricultural industrial organization pattern. The process of agricultural industrial organization and analysis method of the "SCP" and game theory were analyzed. Then the agricultural industrial organization pattern and present problems in Shaanxi were analyzed. The index system was put forward under the overall goal of maximizing benefit the considering economic benefits, social benefits, quality and safety, environmental protection. At last, the six agricultural industrial organization patterns were evaluated based on AHP -fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The "company, cooperatives and farmer" was the better pattern in Shaanxi Province. The policy recommendations about the selection of pattern were also put forward at the end.
