| In today’s society,we have already entered the knowledge economy era,knowledge level of enterprise staff is becoming more and more high,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Because of the characteristic of the modern enterprise,most employees in the enterprise are engaged in knowledge work,so the knowledge staff usually need more autonomy and freedom in the practical work.More and more practices show that,tradition management way seems to be unsatisfactory when they are facing knowledge staff,the need to adopt self leadership as the core of the new style of leadership.Throughout home and abroad,however,research on knowledge staff self leadership has just started.After a lot of literature,I found that most of the research on self leadership is based on college students’ self leadership or self leadership of team,only a few studies mentioned enterprise self leadership.My research will be on the perspective of enterprise knowledge staff self.My research is on the basis of predecessors’ research results,I will focus on the modern enterprise self leadership in the knowledge economy era,Firstly I will give the definition and structural model of enterprise knowledge staff self leadership,and then I will develop a scientific evaluation of enterprise knowledge staff self leadership level evaluation system,hoping to give managers of enterprises some help and reference,I hope that there will be more and more research of self leadershipIn my research,my thinking of writing is as follows.First of all,I will review and summarize related literature of knowledge staff theory,leadership theory and self leadership theory.Secondly I will put forward the definition and structure model of enterprise knowledge staff self leadership on this basis of former research.Then,consulting relevant experts and scholars to establish initial structure model of enterprise knowledge staff self leadership.Then,on initial model,I will consult relevant experts and scholars and enterprise managers and ordinary employees by the means of questionnaire survey and telephone negotiation,using factor analysis method to deal with the data obtained,according to the analysis results,I will revise the initial structure model,finally I get the final structure model of enterprise knowledge staff self leadership.I will put forward a comprehensive evaluation system based on the structure model.In the end,I will do research in a company to testify my evaluation systemThe research of enterprise knowledge staff self leadership is still in its infancy both home and abroad,The purpose of this paper is to,enlighten subsequent researchers.Isincerely hope hope that the follow-up related research will be more and more brilliant. |
