With the demand of social development, the private enterprise is developing rapidly inChina. In order to meet the enormous changes caused by the knowledge-based economy,companies gradually realize that science and technology is the core strength of the long-termdevelopment of enterprises. So as to long-term development, the various enterprises begin tocompete for science and technology, and master these advanced technologies isknowledge-based talent, so the enterprise competition for the technology has change tocompete for a knowledge-based talent. Therefore, the management of knowledge-basedworkers is an important issue in the development of private enterprises.This paper studies to knowledge worker at the core and concentrates on the research onthe management of knowledge workers. First, this paper describes the concept of privateenterprise and knowledge workers, as well as the relative theory of the knowledge-basedtalent management. Next, the SD decoration engineering limited company is the researchobject of this paper, introduces the SD company, analyzes the current situation of thecompany knowledge-based staff, points out the problems of the enterprises in themanagement of knowledge workers,and puts forward some corresponding measuresaccording to theses questions. Finally, this paper advances the knowledge employeemanagement expectation of China’s private enterprises.
