The Research On Application Of Lean Production At T Company

Lean production is regarded as the revolutionary production management and Practice mode in the industry history of human, whose Core idea is to reduce the non-value added activity in Product value chain and eliminate the 7 waste in the production process from the perspective of customers, to improve the product quality, reduce the cost and shorten the delivery time by Continuous improvement of the value chain, thus to meet the requirement of the customers. With the development of the integrity of the world economy, the domestic manufacturing companies face more crucial competitions, so it is an urgent need to bring the lean production concept to these companies and establish the company culture of excelsior to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially to the private companies.Firstly, this paper explains the origin and background of the lean production and its application and research status, then analysis its theory system, core concept and principle. Secondly, this paper combine the theory with the real condition with T company, to analysis the daily production management, discover problems and get solutions. Then the paper studies the feasibility for lean production for T Company, and design a future value flow chart in order to get the aim of the lean production and Implement the plan R. Next, the paper explains how to reduce the non-value added activity in Product value chain and eliminate the 7 waste in the production process and shorten the delivery time by improving the production line process, TPM, energy waste, QC processes and balance of production line. By this way, Main production processes can use only one mode, raise production efficiency and reduce the cost, by which can improve the competition of T Company and practice its cost leadership strategy. Moreover, this paper explains how to improve and evaluate the lean production system, improve its inadequacy and guarantee it's continuously implementation.The lean production mode has acquired phase fruits and the experience from it can generalized in the similar companies.
