A Company Human Resource Management System Execution Research

Currently,the execution force of our nation is weak.From the object of execution point of view,our country is lack of sound legal system.People’s ignorance of system is common.Most of enterprise focus on establishing system but ignore execution.They do not research on theory and give feedback,so a lot of system cannot be executed to the expected level.Human resource is the fundamental of cooperate management.It will determine the talent reservation,development and the fate of cooperate.Human resource management need not only a transparent management system,more important,it will come to a regulation of "manage people by system,not manage people by people".It will increase the fairness of internal management.This thesis uses the advanced research materials both home and abroad.Through the study and propagation of cooperate human resource system,employees ’execution awareness,effectiveness performance encouragement,it will find the reason of influencing execution force and offer feasible solution.It will help enterprise to establish valid and effective execution system,promoting the execution force.This thesis research and analyze issues of execution force on several aspects,such as recognition of human resource system,rationality of system,implementation and supervision of system and performance management method.Thought guide action,so the system awareness and authority is the premise of execution force.Firstly we shall set up system awareness,and then we shall strengthen execution supervision and establish sound system.On the other hand,in order to build a sound cultural atmosphere,we shall mould corporate execution culture,strengthen humanistic care,establish scientific incentive mechanism and carry out 360 assessment method to promote human resource execution.The result of this thesis will help enterprise to recognize the importance of human resource management and exert the importance of human resource system execution.
