Research On Investment Risk Management Of Dongsheng Operation Area In Wuzhou Port Of Tengxian

At present,our country is accelerating the construction to increase the logistics service industry,expanding logistics system construction of water transport infrastructure,increase the waterway transportation infrastructure construction investment in port construction project investment is increasing,especially the implementation of the accelerated implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy and "building Xijiang tons of golden waterway strategy.Investors to invest in projects of inland ports also increasing attention.Investors how to balance the benefits and risks,to maximize the benefits and minimize the risk of investment risk management of the project to be carried out.At present,the domestic and foreign port project investment risk management research is aimed at the coastal port,the investment risk management of inland waterway shipping port project is few,almost blank.By using the method of brainstorming,causal analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method for investment risk management research on the example of Wuzhou port of Tengxian Dongsheng area project,identified the external risk policy risk,political risk,economic risk,natural risk,social risk,market risk 6 types of risk,internal risk technical risk and management risk 2 risk categories.Risk qualitative analysis is carried out on the two kinds of risk factors of 8 kinds of 23 kinds of risk factors,which are internal and external.For the risk of high risk,according to the characteristics of the case,the risk prevention,risk aversion and other risk management measures are put forward,and the actual use of the measures to track the investigation and summary.In this paper,examples of risk identification,analysis and evaluation put forward the corresponding measures to prevent risks through the risk management research of typical,and follow up and summarize these measures in the practical work application examples.The results of this study research than ordinary simple theory is more practical and feasible,research on risk management of China’s inland shipping port project to fill a certain extent,to provide reference for the future of China’s inland shipping port construction project investment,thereby reducing the waste of resources and funding,to achieve sustainable development and improve the benefit of investment.
