With the deepening of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce, some organizations lack of moral consciousness in the excessive pursuit of commercial interests, and take "unconventional" means to gain competitive advantage, the enterprise ethics scandal occurs frequently, this has prompted peopleto put forward a lot of questions in the modern enterprise's moral quality, enterprise moral problem has become the focus of social attention. As an important part of enterprise employees, the level of their moral standards will directly affect the enterprise moral status and social image. Therefore, how to stimulate and enhance employee's moral behavior and help enterprises to promote the moral level has caused the attention of academic and corporate. In recent years, scholars have already begun to explore moral leadership's inhibition effect on employees' immoral behavior, but these studies neglected the moral leadership's excitation mechanism on employees' ethical behavior. So,the complex relationship between moral leadership and employees' moral behavior remains to be further research. Therefore, this article is based on social learning theory and social identity theory, building a model of moral efficacy and moral identity as the mediator, and trust in leaders as the moderator, and the corresponding research hypothesis is put forward.First of all, this research adopts the pair-staff questionnaire to collect research data.Secondly,we analysis 317 questionnaires through SPSS 19.0 and Amos 17.0,validating the theoretical hypothesis, revealing the complex mechanism between moral leadership and employee moral behavior. The results show that:(1)the moral leadership has a significant positive influence on employee's moral behavior;(2)the moral leadership has significant positive influence on moral efficacy and moral identity;(3)moral efficacy and moral identity have a significant positive influence on employees' moral behavior;(4)moral efficacy and moral identity mediate the positive relationship between moral leadership and employees' moral behavior;(5)trust in leaders moderates the relationship between moral leadership and moral efficacy and moral identity, namely the level of trust in leaders is higher, the relationship is stronger;(6)trust in leaders also moderates the mediating effect of moral efficacy and moral identity between moral leadership and employees'moral behavior, that is the level of trust in leaders is higher, the mediating effect of moral efficacy and moral identity is stronger.
