Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Orientation On Enterprise Knowledge Capital In Innovation Cluster

Innovative industrial cluster is a cluster filled with knowledge essentially,the cluster is characterized by the existence of a large number of innovative activities and knowledge spillovers,the innovation knowledge is not only the source of enterprise competitive advantage,but also a important guarantee for the regional and even national competitiveness.From the perspective of knowledge spillover,to explore the intrinsic mechanism of cluster innovation has become the focus of attention in the field of research.Most of the existing literature point that knowledge spillover is a kind of unconscious knowledge diffusion,in fact,knowledge spillover also contains the will and purpose which the enterprise interact with other enterprises through knowledge exchange activities,in this article,I defined as conscious knowledge spillover,to separate from the "unconscious" in other researches.From such a new perspective,this article aims to solve the problem about how to promote the accumulation of knowledge capital of enterprise in cluster,the current research of enterprise knowledge capital mostly focus on the capability mechanism,such as the influence of knowledge capital on organizational performance,but the research of the impetus mechanism of cluster enterprises knowledge capital acquisition is insufficient.Therefore,in this paper,entrepreneurial orientation as the antecedent variables,and I constructs the model of entrepreneurial orientation,conscious knowledge spillover and knowledge capital,to further reveal the inherent mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on the influence of know-ledge capital.This study adopts questionnaire survey to obtain data by releasing questionnaire to the enterprises in the electronic information industry cluster of Dalian JinZhou District and Dalian Software Park industrial cluster,through the collection and screening,I received a total of 211 valid questionnaires.Then using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor to analyze the data obtained and constructing a structure equation model which the conscious knowledge spillover as intermediary variable,entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge capital are the independent variable and the dependent variable.To analyze the model,I use AMOS to verify the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation,conscious knowledge spillover and knowledge capital,and reached the following conclusions:(1)The higher level of entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on the accumulation of knowledge capital.This shows that entrepreneurial-oriented behavior such activities as enterprises support innovation,encourage new product research and development,the use of new business decision-making methods are conducive to the realization of enterprise knowledge capital.(2)The higher level of entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on the conscious knowledge spillover,and the entrepreneurial orientation also plays a role in the dimension.This shows that entrepreneurial-oriented enterprises will adopt positive measures to carry out knowledge exchange activities,often in some ways,or based on explicit knowledge transfer,or based on the sharing of tacit knowledge.(3)The conscious knowledge spillover plays a promoting role in the accumulation of knowledge capital of cluster enterprises.In the dimension of conscious explicit knowledge spillover,enterprises are willing to choose other enterprises to explain or teach about product design or process etc.,so this explicit knowledge interaction with other enterprises increase the degree of understanding of the enterprise products;in the dimension of consciousness tacit knowledge spillover,enterprises are willing to choose cooperate with other enterprises to carry out product development,which is conducive to the accumulation of knowledge capital of the firm.(4)The conscious knowledge spillover plays a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge capital.This shows that entrepreneurial orientation strengthens knowledge exchange activities in the enterprise cluster,conscious knowledge spillover urges the enterprise to integrate and accelerate the process of accumulation of the knowledge capital of the enterprise of knowledge resources effectively.Based on the accumulation of knowledge capital of cluster enterprises,this paper examines the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on knowledge capital.The research results show that there is an important intermediary effect between the entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge capital.Finally,through the analysis of the conclusions of the study and the practice of guiding significance of management inspiration,this paper points out the shortcomings.
