Business ethics scandal is frequently exposure in recent years, the immoralbehavior of the leadership caused huge losses to the enterprise, and triggered aconfidence crisis of the people. People gradually began to concern the business ethicsand business leader’s ethics with the constantly frequent ethics scandals, and realizedthe importance of moral individuals, organizations, and even the whole society. In thiscontext, the concept of Ethic leadership was put forward by Western scholars as anindependent style of leadership behavior, and some studies and researches had beentaken and achieved some results. Domestic scholars also put more concerns andstrengthened the exploration and research on the Ethic leadership.In a word, Ethicleadership are getting more and more attention from the academic community.This paper sum up and sorted out the structure, measurement model andinfluencing factors of Ethic leadership, Organizational Identification andOrganizational Citizenship Behavior by reviewed literature, and establishedpreliminary theoretical hypothesizes on base of Social Learning Theory, SocialExchange Theory and Social Identity Theory. In Empirical research, this researchmeasured the variables using the maturity scales, and analyzed data by statisticalsoftware. The results show that Ethical leadership behavior can positively impactemployees’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Organizational Identificationplays a mediate role in this process.This paper could provide some suggestions to Human Resource Management. Theenterprise should strengthen the ethics assessment in personnel selection, and promotethe employee who has Ethical leadership characteristics to a leader. Using thesemethods can increase Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the organization. Theenterprise should set up ethical example, and encourage the employee to activelylearn and imitate ethical behavior. In daily management, moreover, the organizationalso should encourage such ethical leadership behavior of the leader through thetraining, performance management, compensation management, and strengthen themanagement of employee’s Organizational Identification. The organization make theemployee connect their own destiny with the organization, and more contributions tothe organization by the implementation of activities related to inspire and strengthenthe employee’s organizational Identification.
