The construction of high-speed railway has a great influence on the knowledge spillover and knowledge innovation of the surrounding area.In this paper,the social and economic externalities of high-speed railway operation are studied,and the influence of high speed railway on knowledge spillover is analyzed.Expounding the impact mechanism of high-speed railway on knowledge spillover from different angles,and illustrates the interaction mechanism between high-speed railway and knowledge spillover.To construct the simple adjacency matrix,the common rail travel time matrix and high-speed rail travel time distance matrix,based on the Moran index and the Gini coefficient describes 4 indexes spatial distribution before and after the completion of high-speed railways.With the production function as the analysis frame of knowledge spillovers,under three kinds of matrix,the spatial econometric model in different years were established,the measurement results were compared and analyzed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The influence mechanism of high speed railway on Knowledge Spillover:High speed railway to improve regional accessibility,increase the site regional attraction,bring the rapid flow of labor and capital,have an impact on the regional knowledge innovation level;provide convenient conditions for regional organizations and personnel exchanges and cooperation,so as to promote knowledge spillover.Knowledge spillover effect on regional knowledge innovation ability,and the level of regional knowledge innovation has a feedback effect on knowledge spillover.(2)Spatial correlation of Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed railway area:In the study of the Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed railway area,the spatial agglomeration of economic and knowledge innovation.However,after the opening and operation of the Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed railway,the degree of the two concentration has gradually weakened,but the overall level is still showing a high level.Moran index results show that this clustering phenomenon is not randomly generated,is caused by the positive correlation of space.Under the influence of high-speed railway,the positive effect of the original agglomeration mechanism is gradually weakened,and the factors of agglomeration cities gradually dominate the diffusion of other cities.(3)Estimation of knowledge spillover before and after the completion of high-speed railway based on spatial econometric model:Prior to the completion of the high-speed railway,the SAR model has a better interpretation.Explain the correlation of space because of the path dependence of social production,that is,the time lag of knowledge innovation effect.After the high-speed railway is built,the SDM model shows a better explanation,which shows that the spatial correlation is more complicated,which includes not only the time lag,but also the missing variables.Before the high-speed railway is completed,the model fitting ordinary railway travel time matrix is better,but after the completion of high-speed railway,high-speed rail travel time model fitting matrix better knowledge externalities are more significant,the high-speed railway operation to change the regional spatial structure,thus changing the flow of knowledge.The data shows a law of increasing knowledge externality,which means that the knowledge spillover effect is gradually increasing,and it is the impetus to the region's economy.
