With the rapid development of agricultural modernization,China has published more and more policies to support the implementation of water-saving irrigation and industrial development,it has great significance to the development of the industry.Ruisheng Shuili is one of the three domestic giants domestic of water conservancy irrigation industry-Yasheng Yamit?s subsidiary.In order to the achieve the parent company?s expected market position and to enhance the competitiveness of independence.We conduct this research to study its development strategy.With literature analysis reviews the strategic management?s content,process and development process and so on,with interviews research and practical work,using PEST method to in-depth analysis Ruisheng Shuili?s external environment,diagnosing of the corporate status quo,using SWOT method,analysising their own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,diagnosed a lack of corporate culture,failed to give full play to the enterprise potential due to lack of clear development strategy,establish a SWOT framework,list a series of strategic choices.Thesis consists of six chapters,the first chapter presents the research background,significance,research methods and research framework,the second chapter reviews the Review of Strategic Management,the third chapter analyzes Ruisheng Shuili?s external environment from political,economic,social,technological,industrial perspects,and analysis research and development capabilities,organizational structure,human resources,corporate culture within the enterprise environment,based on an the analysis of Chapter III,Chapter IV the establishes a SWOT framework of Ruisheng Shuili,and clearly put forward to become the industry leader in water-saving construction in the two years of the strategic objectives,strategic vision,strategic positioning,strategic duties,chap competitive differentiation strategy implementation and put forward guarantees approach,Chapter VI of the paper briefly sums up.In this paper,we conduct a detailed strategic research of Ruisheng Shuili,proposed a targeted solution,not only provide a valid reference for the strategic development of the company,but also provide a certain reference for the strategic adjustment of other enterprises in water-saving irrigation construction industry.
