New generation of migrant workers into the urban problems are related to the process of urbanization, and have always been the academic and political attention. They live in the city, promoting economic development and social prosperity of the city. They have strong willingness to stay in the city, but they do not enjoy the same treatment with urban citizens, they do not really integrate into the city. The improvement of human capital is an important way to stay in the city, the new generation of migrant workers can improve their human capital by developmental consumption. So this paper mainly studies, the willingness to live in the city of the new generation of migrant workers will impact on the developmental consumption or not, and in order to realize their willingness to stay in the city, they will increase the developmental consumption or not. After a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literature and reference of theories, this paper takes the form of a questionnaire survey, I am deep into processing and manufacturing industry, construction industry, retail and wholesale industry, hotels and restaurants, entertainment and other industries for data collection.I adopt the method of statistical description and focus on the sample of new generation of migrant workers. Making analysis of characteristics of them, including personal factors, family factors, economic factors, social factors, job factors and training factors. Then I use logistic linear regression model to make analysis of settlement choice factors, and use the multivariate linear regression model to examine whether the willingness of stay in the city will affect their developmental consumption, and whether the new generation of migrant workers will increase the developmental consumption in order to achieve their 'willingness to stay in the city. Through the sample data and logistic regression tests, we draw the following conclusions: personal factors, family factors, economic factors, social factors, job factors and training factors are important to the new generation of migrant workers who want to stay in the city. Among them, the housing situation which belongs to economic factors does not pass the test of significance, marital status, Partner's residential city which belongs to personal factors have a negative correlation with willingness to stay in the city, while other factors are positively correlated with willingness to stay in the city. Among them, the level of education, monthly income, the industry and job satisfaction, all of the factors have a strong positive correlation with the willingness to stay in the city. Integrated these factors, we find that most of the factors belong to human capital of new generation of migrant workers. Developmental consumption can improve the human capital of new generation of migrant workers, but the new generation of migrant workers who have strong willingness to stay in the city will increase spending on developmental consumption or not, which will make their willingness to stay in the city come true? Through data analysis and empirical analysis, we get that the willingness to stay in the city affect developmental consumption, the new generation of migrant workers who have willingness to stay in the city will improve their developmental consumption as a way to achieve their willingness to live in the city. Finally, we combine the empirical analysis above logistic regression model ?multivariate linear regression model and the specific circumstances of Nanjing, and come up with the following solutions on the basis: establishing the social security system; strengthening their sense of social and integration; focusing on the new generation of migrant workers in individual characteristic differences, providing suitable education training content and time which can meet the demand of new generation of migrant workers; deepening the employment system; improving the new generation of migrant workers investment in education and training funds; improving the training system, and regulating the training market?...
