Study On The Development Countermeasures Of The Transformation Of Traditional Industrial Park

The arrival of the financial crisis in 2008 has made the global economy destabilized. At the same time, the surplus labor force of China also decrease rapidly which imply that the demographic dividend is near to be cashed out. Under this phenomenon, the economy of China has entered the "new normal". At this point, the industry positioning, industry development strategy and industry structure of traditional industrial park of China can not meet the needs of economic development under the "new normal". Industrial park which gathered a large number of enterprises in our country carry the national economic development strategy and is the main battlefield of our country’s social and economic construction. The transformation of traditional industrial park has become all level goverments’ the governments’ one of the most important task.Current academic research on the transformation development of industrial park,especially from a representative area is few. Also most studies focus on theoretical research. This kind of research are lack of systematicness,pertinence and empirical support. So this paper try to establish theoretical framework for the transformation and upgrading of China’s traditional industrial park from industry selection, industry locaiton, city and industry integration. We also sum up the traditional strategy of transformation and upgrading of the industrial park from classic cases at home and abroad and empirical analysis the developing direction of the transformation and upgrading of Nanhui industrial park.The paper use case analysis, system analysis and econometric analysis analyze the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industrial park. the main result are as follow:First, the transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial park is necessary stage for China’s economic development. Case studies shows that both at home and abroad, with the deepening of degree of urbanization and industrialization, the leading industry became high-end industries and the industry chain extends. At the same time, the city function of industrial park arised. The transformation and upgrading of the future industrial park should be shift toward regional economic synthesis.Second, the result of SWOT analysis shows that the Nanhui industrial park has stronger comparative advantage in terms of location, space, new industry brand area. but also faced the disadvantge of financial lackage, limited development space, the lack of high-end talent. The transformation and upgrading of Shanghai nanhui industrial park faced with the opportunity of four new economy, the layout of Shanghai manufacture industry and producer services, the "central rise" strategy of Pudong new area. Also "the new round of industrial revolution" and the governments at various levels in Shanghai at the same time reversed transmission park transformation and upgrading action and the "second venture" of Pudong new area also brings the new challenges to the transformation and upgrading of nanhui industrial park.Third, principal component analysis(PCA), spatial location analysis and city and industry integration analysis results show that the leading industries of Nanhui industrial park are automotive manufacturing, rail Marine transportation equipment manufacturing, computer communication and pharmaceutical manufacturing. the spatial location of is "one corridor, two regions and several groups"; city and industry integration,post live balanced and convenient traffic is also the development direction of the industrial park in the future.
