Research On The Development Strategy Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park In Laiwu Agricultural High-tech Zone Of Jinan City

According to the report of the Institute of Rural Development of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,through the development of agricultural economy in the past few years,national policy makers have already reached a consensus that the slow development of scale economy is the key short-board problem of current agricultural development.Therefore,the rapid development of large-scale economy with the help of modern agricultural industrial parks will be the key direction of the next rapid development of agricultural and rural modernization.Shandong Laiwu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park,centering on the development strategy of "establishing an ecological zone with strong industry",has solidly promoted the construction of smart agriculture,with the overall goal of establishing a modern industrial system with scientific and reasonable,clear division of labor,obvious functional characteristics,sufficient resource advantages,obvious clustering effect,effective utilization of infrastructure and obvious improvement of ecological benefits,and establishing a modern real economy with deep integration of the first,second and third industries.The stable development of Shandong Laiwu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is inseparable from the joint efforts of the core stakeholders in the park.Therefore,it is the guarantee for the stable development of the industrial park to improve the satisfaction of the core stakeholders in the park.After studying,researching and sorting out the texts of relevant agricultural policies and regulations in China,this paper makes an in-depth study on the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,the integration of modern industrial elements,green development,the connection of farmers’ rights and interests,and the construction of agricultural brands in the park by using qualitative and quantitative methods.After the questionnaire was distributed to the core stakeholders of the park,the content of the questionnaire was analyzed by αreliability coefficient,IPA model and Pearson correlation data,and the satisfaction of the core stakeholders of the park to the development of the park was analyzed.Then,according to the questionnaire,factor analysis,principal component analysis and principal component regression are used to find out the factors that affect the satisfaction of core stakeholders in the industrial park.Starting from improving the satisfaction degree of the core stakeholders in the industrial park,combining with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the industrial park,this paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of the core stakeholders in the industrial park,finds out the factors that affect the satisfaction degree of the core stakeholders in the industrial park,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the development strategy of the industrial park according to the actual situation.
