Lidehang's existing regulations can't meet the needs of the company development.The following are the emphasis and difficulties: how to improve the comprehensive ability of employees and employee's loyalty by effective management measures.The main reason of staff turnover is Lidehang's incentive mechanism is imperfect.Change Lidehang's incentive system inspired by cycle motivation into full recognition,establishment of a comprehensive incentive system,is an effective way to solve these problems and confusion.This article base on Lidehang's current statues and through questionnaire,summarized the problems existied in the incentive system,found that Lidehang as an enterprise in the internet industry,its incentive system has no relationship between the Internet,it is just a traditional style,leading to the company's lag in employee motivation,can't satisfy the needs of employees timely dynamic changes.In this paper,the recognition incentive and technical foundation to establish a comprehensive system research,on the basis of the combination of the basic characteristics of the Internet company employees' demand,put forward the gains to construct the basic framework of comprehensive recognition incentive system,Lidehang' performance recognition system,training system,rewards and punishment system,care recognition system,behavior recognition system,loyalty recognition system,career development and recognition system from several aspects,such as full use of mobile Internet technology and platform,set up gains full recognition incentive system,and put forward the security measures to ensure effective operations.Expectations through comprehensive recognition incentive system construction and implementation,can effectively solve Lidehang's current employees incentive problems,fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,and gains the development goal.
