How to rationally design the human resources regulation of company,meet the needs of actual production,mobilize the enthusiasm of the grass-roots staff,make it subjective initiative in work and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market are important issues to every enterprise.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the communications industry and the characteristics of the grass-roots staff,The practical experience of benchmarking enterprises is absorbed.In view of the above situation,this paper takes the grass-roots staff of China Mobile Fuxin Company as the investigation object,and discusses how to carry out the management of talent incentive.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the communication industry and the characteristics of talents,combined with the practice experience of benchmarking enterprises in the industry,it will provide references for further optimizing the incentive plan of talents.In combination with the needs of different levels of talent,it is pertinent to formulate incentive strategies for differentiated talents.Through the post incentive,achievement incentive,salary incentive and other measures,the company aims to achieve the purpose of talent incentive and retention.Talent incentive not only reduces the turnover rate of employees,but also optimizes the structure of talent distribution inside the enterprise.Meanwhile,the company's excellent program and practice are also concerned by the enterprises in the same industry,which has a certain significance of promotion.
