| With the increasingly serious domestic and international competition environment, the competition between enterprises basically will be the competition of talents, human resources are becoming more and more prominent. As an important part of human resources management in the enterprise, incentive system plays an important role in stimulating staff potential, improving work efficiency. With reform and opening up, the improvement of people’s living standard and the aging phenomenon, China’s insurance industry is getting better and better, but also intensified the competition in insurance industry. As China’s oldest insurance company, Taiping Life Liaoning branch also faced the problem of using the concepts and methods of modern human resources management to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees at all levels, the problem of the human capital advantage.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, psychological contract theory and the theory of humanity hypothesis and other relevant theories and methods of analysis,this paper analysed the present staff motivation situation of Taiping Life Insurance Company Liaoning Branch. This paper analyzed the questionnaire statistical data of staff satisfaction, summarizing the existing problems and reasons of the current incentive system. Then, this paper developed the incentive system based on economic interests, the material incentive to self-realization as the goal of spiritual motivation and the incentive system based on people-oriented concept.This paper combed the relevant theories and analysis tools, and analyzed the incentives of the Taiping Life Liaoning branch, with material incentive, spiritual motivation, culture motivation to three dimensions try to optimize the Taiping Life Liaoning branch incentive system design with the method employee satisfaction survey. The aim of the paper is to improve the level of Taiping Life Liaoning branch employee motivation and provide reference for other life insurance companies. |
