The Change Trend Of The Minimum Wage Standard In China Research On Policy Orientation

This paper studies the origin of the minimum wage system and analyzes the development and change of the minimum wage system in China and foreign countries, and analyzes the trend of the minimum wage in the major cities of the country since 2004, after the implementation of the minimum wage law in 2014.In this study, a collection of historical data of major cities across the country's minimum wage standard and the factors we choose, the change trend of the minimum wage was studied, and compared with the economic development, such as minimum wage and GDP per capital, workers on the average wage and residents consumer price index changes of cooperativity. This paper adopts the panel data model to establish a minimum wage standard econometric model, reveals the trend of the minimum wage, and demonstrates the rationality of the minimum wage system in various regions. In this paper, pointed out that the minimum wage understanding error. Finally, according to the current situation, put forward specific policy recommendations for the government to develop and implement the minimum wage standards to provide a reference.
