Chinese fast food industry is developed under the influence of Western fast food business model.In recent years,China continues to expand opening up,China's sustained economic development,income of urban residents continue to increase.In this context,urban residents of the dining concept has also undergone a great change,food and beverage market is huge,Chinese fast food industry which go on the road of rapid development.At present,the domestic fast food industry is very competitive.Due to the low entry barriers,domestic fast-food brands,the size of the number of fast food is great,in response to the fierce competition of domestic fast food industry at the same time,to meet many enterprises from other food and beverage form competition.Most of domestic fast-food business practitioners low quality the production efficiency is not high,is a typical labor-intensive enterprises,lower operating profit.The chain fast food enterprise,in the expansion of production,continue to expand the number of stores.But with the type of production,service enterprises "labor shortage" in the form of serious,recruiting more and more difficult,and labor costs of domestic fast food enterprises the higher quality of service decline,customer satisfaction is not high,affect the enterprise benefits.How to improve the work efficiency of the restaurant staff,improve staff efficiency and service quality,so as to enhance the Customer satisfaction,to ensure that the expansion rate of fast food business,to maintain the operating profit of the enterprise,to protect the healthy development of domestic fast food enterprises,to become the development of Chinese fast food business strategic issues.Working in the manufacturing sector has been quite mature,greatly improved productivity,excellent case everywhere,but in the service industry especially the catering industry has not yet been introduced,basically in a blank.If the production service sectors of the catering industry to make detailed analysis,simplification and standardization.The production efficiency will be greatly improved.According to the actual situation of Chinese fast food enterprises,according to the arrangement of Chinese fast food research literature study,combined with the actual development of the enterprise,in the increasing artificial pressure,work design,restaurant staff work based on the research on the cancellation of the current work with.Rearrangement,simplified,in order to improve work efficiency and service quality,enhance customer satisfaction.In this paper,the research methods,using program analysis,operation analysis and action analysis of the production process and service processes of fast-food restaurants to study and eliminate unreasonable,economic process,operation and action,working methods more economical and reasonable;and through time study,using the test method,law,sampling method of the established method of operation time consuming research,in order to find out the most normal,the most reasonable operating standard time.On Method Study and time study based,restaurant design,to improve employee productivity,improve energy efficiency,thereby reducing the operating costs of enterprises,increase profits.
