The main perspective of this paper is based on cloud computing and big data,started with the five kinds of banking customer value,combined with the theory of service innovation,put forward new thoughts and new methods to realize five kinds of customer value.In order to realize regular customer retaining value,through the Tower Customer Classification System and Customer Lifecycle Management System,improving their satisfaction and loyalty;in order to realize the new customer enhancing value,through Demand Forecast System and Intelligent Recommendation System,providing new products and services;in order to realize the potential customer mining value,through in-depth analysis of the potential needs of customers and to implement Free Marketing and Experiential Marketing;in order to realize the competitors’ customer switching value,through mining customers’ demand,to achieve Precision Marketing,to provide Instant Customization price and service solutions;in order to realize the churning customer retrieving value,through the Early Warning System based on big data,early warning and analysis prevent and retrieve the loss of customers.In general,this paper designs the customer value management cloud,intelligent service cloud,financial innovation cloud and other innovation mechanisms,realizing the Smart Internet+ Banking,Internet+ Customer Value Management,good for improving the core competitiveness of banking.The significance of this paper lies in the construction of cloud computing and data of customer value management of ecological system and service innovation system,commercial banks enhance its five major value,the value of itself which is the construction of the platform and system,finally also to five values in the most important flow loss of customers to restore the data platform to build the behavior analysis and loss of early warning system modeling and data mining applications,to the customer value management provides technology application base.
