The Research On The Present Situation And The Development Of Internet Finance

This paper, guided by the finance and internet theory, carries out an action research based on some instances of internet finance at home and abroad for the current trend of internet financial development. Meanwhile, it also proposes some suggestions and options and tends to make a modest contribution to the sustained and healthy development of internet finance.The first two chapters introduce the current development of internet finance at home and abroad as well as its modes and features. This part not only illustrates the latest mode of internet finance in some key developed countries and its present development trend but also analyzes the factors related to internet financial growth in China and its present forms. It gave a detailed description of6modes and4features.The third chapter tells the key technology and factors, which affect internet finance greatly. This part includes some shifts:such as from data to large data, from computing to cloud computing, from the internet to the mobile internet, from the platform to the open platform. It’s these changes that exert a wide and profound influence on the people’s life and the future internet finance.The fourth chapter describes the future development trend of internet finance: the incessant combination of traditional finance and internet finance, the return of financial nature, the disappearance of the bank outlets as a result of the virtualization of the bank business, the realization of all value exchanges without barriers of time and space as a consequence of the replacement of tangible currency by electronic currency. Ubiquitous and all-round internet finance will provide one-stop comprehensive financial solutions.The fifth chapter comes up with some suggestions on the development of internet finance, aiming at offering some practical advice on the national strategy and policy, which helps improve laws, regulations and standards related to it and prevents excessive investment and foam economy.This paper has made some achievements in internet finance research, but due to the shorter time, the smaller samples and limited resources available, it remains to be furthered.
