Traditional fossil fuel provides the majority of electricity supply in the past twenty years.With the using of fossil fuel,it brings many environment pollution problems,such as water pollution and global warming.Nowadays,as people pay more attentions on ecosystem,it becomes the irresistible industry trend to use clean and pollution-free energy.The wind power,as unlimited energy,draws many attentions.Due to the instability and uncontrollability of wind power,it brings some difficulties to feed wind power into electricity grids.This thesis studies the pricing strategy of wind power to inspire wind farm to improve stability of output power and make electricity grids accept wind power.This thesis introduces the energy structure and the environment problems in China.As people pay more attentions on environment,it becomes the inevitable trend to develop green energy.China is rich in wind power resource,and the wind power industry develops very fast,the total installed capacity of wind power increases every year.This thesis describes four operation patterns of wind power industry and points out itsdeveloping direction.It analyzes foreign wind power operation patterns,including Australia,America,North Europe and the United Kingdom,which provide reference for electric power development in China.This thesis introduces various price system of wind electricity and four pricing stage in the developing process of wind power industry.This thesis demonstrates how wind driven generator works.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of wind power operation,which shows the instability and uncontrollability of wind power brings some difficulties to feed wind power into electricity grids.This thesis describes the synchronizing mode of asynchronous generator,synchronous generator and AC excitation doubly-fed wind power generator.After that,it figures out the influence of wind power integration on power grid operation.This thesis builds the project break-even analysis model.The break-even point is calculated to see whether the project make a profit or not,and the security margin rate is calculated to estimate the security situation of enterprise management.A coastal wind farm located in Guangdong province is taken as an example to make break-even analysis.The results show that this wind farm achieve to make profits and the management situation is relatively safe.The cost analysis of wind power operation is made from two aspects,cost of investment and running cost.These two costs consist of the total cost of project.This thesis proposes the wind power pricing method with consideration of the accuracy in outputting real-time wind power.Three evaluation indicators used to evaluate accuracy of outputted real-time wind power,including absolute average error,root-mean-square error and percentage error are introduced.The root-mean-square error and percentage error are combined to form a new evaluation indicator named percentage root-mean-square error in this thesis.After we assume a control variable,we obtain the rewards and punishment coefficient.It becomes the final feed-in tariff after we multiply the rewards and punishment coefficient by regional benchmarking electricity price.Five wind farms in wind resource area IV are taken as examples to pricing the final feed-in tariff.Different wind farms have different final feed-in tariff,some are higher than the regional benchmarking electricity price while the others are lower than the regional benchmarking electricity price.
