Since the implementation of the policy of Reform and opening, along with China’s rapid economic growth, the environment and energy problem has become increasingly serious. As one of the very promising clean energy, wind energy has attracted attention around the world, the development and utilization of wind energy has become an important way to achieve energy transformation. Wind energy resources are very abundant in our country, as when country in greater demand of electricity, development of wind power become the inevitable choice of sustainable development energy strategy in our state. Since January 1,2006, The Renewable Energy law was implemented, with a series of incentive policy support, China’s wind power develop rapidly. China’s wind power cumulative installed capacity in 2009-2014 is listed in the first in the world. However, at the same time, some problems have happened, including industry excess of capacity, wind power brownouts badly and big highlight of subsidies gap. These problems are closely related to wind power electricity price policy in our country. How to evaluate the existing wind power electricity price policy and develop the future of wind power electricity price policy is China’s renewable energy policy important problem demanding prompt study in its field. This article first expounds the basic theory of wind power electricity price policy; Then, combs the wind power related policies and regulations in our country and the evolution process of wind power electricity price policy, and analyzes the current situation of the development of wind power in China; Later, this article uses the method of quantitative analysis studying the effect of wind power electricity price policy in our country. On this basis, according to the factor that cost is the important factor when developing wind power electricity price policy, this paper studies the effect of China’s wind power electricity price policy on costs fell, in turn, the promoting development of wind power. Also this paper studies if current wind power electricity price policy has impact on China’s wind power development goals in 2050 and put forward related suggestions. In this paper, the upshot of this research indicate that in our country, the rapid installed capacity of wind power benefited from the policy of wind power electricity price, but the effect on the growth of wind power generation is not obvious. The rapid growth Wind power installed capacity thanks to cheap raw materials and labor in our country, as well as the safeguarded interests of the investors provided by wind power electricity price policy. By Logistic and the learning curve model, the result of wind power development forecasts suggest that over the next 36 years, our country will achieve installed capacity goals with an average annual growth rate below 10%, this suggest that if our country continue to maintain the current level of wind power price in the future, the installed capacity of wind power will continue growing fastly, this will inevitably affect the solution of overcapacity, wind power brownouts badly and subsidies gap. Considering the cost reduction space brought by the cheap labor and labor costs is very limited. Therefore, the future of wind power development in our country should rely mainly on the improvement of technology, and policy coordination.
