Hotels stadium renovation project is a shorter duration, the higher the amount of investment, large quantities, high technical requirements, alterations complex structure, external relations more extensive process. Hotel Arena renovation process will involve a large number of uncertain factors, but is dynamic, their presence makes the successful implementation of reconstruction projects suffered distress. At present, risk management case study for the construction industry is more abundant, but relatively few of the hotel's Risk Management of stadium renovation project. The Project Risk Management in conjunction with the hotel renovation project, it can enrich the project risk management theory, while taking advantage of the project risk management theory help hotels identifying project risks, risk evaluation and renovation projects, and finally the actual situation of the renovation project for renovation project to provide effective risk countermeasures, the hotel provides risk management strategy, improve risk management. In this paper, S Hotels stadium renovation project as the research object, through brainstorming, Delphi method of the stadium renovation project risk identification analysis, risk factors and established a project summary, and then using the analytic hierarchy process for the stadium renovation project identified the risk is evaluated, the final measures are proposed renovation project risk. Practice has proved that the analysis in this article effectively reduces the risk of S Hotel Arena renovation project, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the strengthening of our hotel project applied research in risk management has a certain significance.
