The first competition of modern enterprises is talent competition. Talent is the chief resource factor of a company, which has been recognized by multitudinous enterprises under the background of informationization, internationalization and knowledge society. Middle Managers play an important and mainstay role in the enterprise management. It is a core task of many enterprises to select and establish a group of Middle Managers who have strong competency and high adaptation. For company MF, Middle Managers had high flowing rate and low adaptation in recent year, effecting the company performance seriously. It was a high rate of Middle Managers flowing out in 2014, which had a number reached 23% and 18.6% of sales that had decrease from the previous year. Selecting the talent manager is the key point to keep the competitive strength. The biggest problem of it is how to recognize the talents. So-called “discovering able people and putting them at suitable posts” only can come true when the company could effectively distinguish the ability of employee and give them right assignments so that human resource can be effectively matched. This thesis takes middle administrators as research object and MF Company as the research platform, and the application of talent test technology as research content to solve the problem of the middle management selection format. Take “multi-one“ as the direction of research, which means one evaluating target contains several testing technique. Lead us finally guarantee the selection and evaluation issue in MF Company. Other corporation has certain significance of referenzation as well.This thesis, first of all concludes the theory of talent assessment, summarize the research fruit from ancient to modern in all over the world, and practical use of the principle, method, content as well as technology of talent assessment, which is the theoretical base of problem solving. After that, analyze the existing problem of Middle Manageme nt and the causal according to status of MF, which is the direction of problem solving. Then, base of overall evaluation method, build up the format of selection assessment for MF via solving problem, and expound the application process and set up assessment standard system. Finally, on the basis of matching between employee and posts, staff and enterprises, it introduces related assessment technology and definite guarantee measures of assessment effect. Through above logical demonstration, finally, freeze-frame the concrete application in the selection of middle management in MF Company and solve the problem of MF Company's middle management selection assessment and set up middle management selection assessment system from technical application to make eff ective mutual allocation of middle management in the enterprise.The main contribution and innovation about this thesis is concluded as follow: First of all we solve the problem on Middle Management selection in MF via optimizing the technology combination. Secondly, we established the best method of Middle Management evaluation based on the deep research on adaptation. Thirdly, we apply Human-Enterprise matching into Middle Management evaluation, enhance the efficiency of talent selection, reduce the talent flowing rate.
