EC design institute in the process of transformation and upgrading of China's economic development, in the case of competition between enterprises gradually increased, to meet the demand of the owner and continuous compression design time, to increase the revenue and increasing work arrangement; These measures in promoting the enterprise competitive ability also increases the risk of EC design institute of design projects. Mechanical and electrical design as a design process at the end of the work, more easy to accumulate and enlarge risks. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of enterprise development, risk management of EC design institute of mechanical and electrical design work practice of the study is of great significance.This article uses the research outline, risk identification, risk measurement, measures such as four stages of technical route study; Through the literature review to achieve the integration of theory; Application of brainstorming method, fishbone diagram method, analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to extrapolate a mechanical and electrical design project risk management research and build. In this paper to identify the actual mechanical and electrical design project risk factors as the foundation, by means of scientific analysis, the use of data mining technology such as statistics, comparison, make guidance to the risk factors and countermeasures. From the aspect of individual, group, organization, etc, are given respectively based on individual behavior, group behavior, organization structure, the response to the needs and requirements of other factors, puts forward the management strategy. In this article, through targeted online questionnaire design and publishing platform choice, set up the invalid data filtering strategy, reasonable avoid useless paper, solving the problem of distortion of the online survey; Through modern comprehensive evaluation software to realize the complex calculation of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and validation work.In this paper, in terms of mechanical and electrical design project risk identification, form the standard risk factors identification table, supplemented by the classification of clear label, for the query and reference work. In terms of mechanical and electrical design project risk measurement, risk assessment for design calculation and test, the risk factors of a comprehensive score on sequence sorting table, convenient staff at all levels in daily work in a timely manner to prevent and put into the corresponding resources. In terms of mechanical and electrical design project risk response, from the Angle of management knowledge classification in different needs and requirements of strengthen the risk management area, for managers at all levels based on the risk of project management work.
