This research is based on the A construction company as research object, through the analysis of human resource problems of the A company. From the point view of management innovation, discuss how to innovate the human resource management about A company. This paper adopts the theoretical analysis and empirical researches combining way, according to the way of found questions, proposed the question and solve the problem.In the course of the study, analysis the A construction company's advantages and disadvantages as other enterprises of the same industry, find out all aspects of human resources management problems and analysis it, try to find the method to resolve the problems related to human resources fundamentally. Based on the literature research, find out innovation method and model of human resource management, and then through the analysis the A construction company human resources' specific difficulties, and the specific content of innovation mode, and points out the corresponding human capital and material capital guarantee. Through the analysis, this study determines to focus the concept innovation, system innovation and method innovation the three aspects to change of human resource management, and combining the six big modules of human resource management, formulates the specific methods and gives some specific methods of innovation from the three aspects, and the corresponding human resources and material capital safeguard measures.Through the analysis of the human resource problem of A construction company, gives some innovative approach, not only enrich the theory research, provides the theory guidance and method reference for the small and medium construction enterprises on human resources management innovation, but also solve the practical problems for the A construction company, provides a direct solution for the improvement of the existing human resource management difficulties, it has double value in theory and reality.
