In 21st Century, the tendency of globalizing economy makes the business environment more competitive and complexity day by day. Therefore, there are increasing number of enterprises realize that Human Resource management is one key factor that affecting organizational future developing and surviving. A Pumped Storage Power Station (APS) is one of leading Hi tech pumped station in the world, but in HRM side, there is still room for improvement. Therefore, this research will analysis and optimize the APS's HRM efficacy, and increase the core competency of GPS by improving HRM efficacy, makes APS to be leading pumped station in both technology and management.Research will use both of qualitative research and quantitative research to measure and analysis the current HR system within APS, and find out the problems. The first step of this research is literature study, gathering useful information and theory for following analysis, and using SOWT analysis to discover the strength and weakness in APS and opportunities and threats the APS facing. Then using questionnaire pool and interviewing inquiry to diagnose the stem of APS's remaining HR problems, and fix the problems and improve the HR efficacy by interpreting modern HRM theory. |
