The human resource is the core push power of the business enterprise development, and the human resource managements already become the core and important part of the business enterprise managements. The strategic human resource management is a kind of managing method which has strategic and inside contact, through these method, the organization can manage it's worthy and strategic property-human resource . The strategic human resource management is a kind of human resource management mode, using as the method of describing a kind of system. In the enterprise development direction of the business strategic frame, it make the system match the exterior environment of the human resource.On the foundation of the human resource management diagnosis to the LM company, using the human resource management theories, the LM company human resource management solving way as follows: From the view of the organize strategic level value company human resource management; the human resource and human resources management present condition should be full considered in the Organize strategy establishment; estimate the human resource system's influence to the strategic , make use of the strategic human resource management theories, synthesize the constructing method, the best fulfillment method, the best matching method etc. to set up the strategic human resource of LM company.After use SWOT Analyzing the inner part and exterior situation of the LM company , the LM company strategic and the human resource management solution is: Organization integration and work analyzes , LM company human resource obtains project, the LM company human resource value project, the LM company human resource maintain system project. This kind of relation to discuss the strategic man power management of connotation, characteristics, model and its system, and elaborated the strategic human resource management directing the process of competitive advantage. At the same time, apply the strategic human resource management theories in the LM's human resource management problem, according to the strategic target of the LM company design the human resource management solution, in order to catch the self-innovation capability.
