| In recent years,China’s service outsourcing industry as an emerging service industry has been developing rapidly.In the international service outsourcing market Chinese enterprises take the role of vendor.Although with the development of many years,Chinese service outsourcing companies still cannot be very competitive.In the service outsourcing business,the relationship between the owner and the vendor is very significant.Besides,customer relationship management is a key management concept for each modern enterprise.For Chinese service outsourcing firms,how can they manage and improve the relationships with their owner customers is a question that needs to be thought about and answer.Based on the above background,this paper comes up with a question about how Chinese service outsourcing enterprises carry out customer relationship management.And according to the characteristics of the existing academic research and the characteristics of present China’s service outsourcing industry,a service outsourcing enterprise customer relationship management influence factor model is proposed in this paper.Through the questionnaire survey,empirical analysis,the model assumptions were verified. |
