Executive forces of enterprises are the strategic intent that enterprises implement and the operational capacity of completing a predetermined target. Executive forces of business are very important in the actual management for enterprises. In order to gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition in the market successfully, enterprises not only need the right strategic objectives, but also ensure their ability to reach the strategic goals. Only executive forces can create the real value for enterprises. Once losing the executive power, companies will lose the necessary conditions for long-term survival and success, the executive power is a manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, the support for such high-tech photovoltaic industry from our nation makes it develop rapidly. Companies with an advanced technology X have a firm foothold and rapid development on the photovoltaic market, however, with the development and expansion of enterprises, the imperfect institutional system of the company fails to mobilize the internal employees to be highly enthusiastic but with buck-passing. In consequence, the employees do not shoulder responsibilities while and the business execution appears insufficient.In view of this, with the X Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. as the target for the study, the thesis will analyze the cases aiming at the lack of the enforcing power of the company. It also will review the literature research results theoretically in a combination with the execution of related companies, and form questionnaire officially using methods of psychometric metrology, and carry out analysis and tests by social research methods. By analyzing the survey results of X's main reasons for the lack of execution: inadequate regulations, lack of reasonable and effective incentive mechanism, the poor quality of employees, corporate culture itself lacking of execution, poor communication channels, unclear responsibilities rights, the lack of scientific supervision and evaluation mechanism, ignoring the importance of staff training. According to the analysis of the lack of business execution and its causes, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the execution and provide reference for enterprises to enhance executive ability.
