Evaluation Of Social Effect Of The Land And Resources Survey Outcomes

According to the demand of economic and social development for land andresources, our country started a new round of land resources survey in1999. so far,the program has achieved fruitful outcomes. These outcomes data have been widelyused in various departments,such as, government decision-making, scientific research,environmental protection, science popularization and so on, and it has provided animportant foundation to support the economic and social development. However,because the institutional system and technical level, there are still many problems inthe using of this geological date. Due to the lack of a more perfect method to assessthe effect of outcomes, so it is very hard for us to understand the economic and socialbenefits of these geological data.The paper will start with the evaluation study of social service effects of the landand resources survey outcomes from the analysis of the land and resources survey andits’ social service effects. First of all, the paper will anylize the characteristics of theland and resources survey and its’ social service; then, the paper will establish theevaluation index system for the social service effects from the five aspects of themanagement and institution building, the degree of information technology, economicefficiency, social and other benefits; At last, the weight of each index will becalculated, and the evaluation method will be described.This paper will establish a evaluation system for the socail service of the landand resources survey, it’s very importent for us to realize its economic and socialbenefits, and it can help us to use it more efficetively.
