With the large-scale development of domestic shale gas, the production and transformation of shale reservoir become the main method, the transformation of shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing area has gradually become horizontal wells factory-like fracturing mode. But the industrialize mining, not only brings the technological progress and the growth of output, but also brings a huge environmental pressure. Shale gas fracturing has a large construction scale, and all aspects of construction need for water, especially in the process of fracturing and completion, the water consumption accounts for more than 90% of the total water consumption, water consumption has basically reached thousands of square. On this basis, because shale gas well in hilly areas of Sichuan and Chongqing area, it more highlights the problems of water supply, water storage, surplus liquid treatment, and the treatment of liquid return.Therefore, the development of shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing area, not only to improve the construction effect of the factory-like fracturing, but also more emphasis should be given to how to improve the utilization of water resources through more advanced equipment and technology. Not only optimize the construction process and save the manpower and material resources, and also reduce the impact of water environment on the fragile area of Sichuan and Chongqing to the maximum.This paper analyses the current situation of shale gas development in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, combined with the analysis of the technical means of the foreign shale gas pressure, starts from solving the problem of water resources in the shale gas factory-like fracturing in Sichuan Chongqing area, conducts two aspects studies on the continuous mixed fracturing fluid and its supporting technology and shale gas resistance reducing agent and slick water. And the field application analysis is also carried out.Through the research on the technology of continuous mixing and blending, a series of continuous mixing operation liquid and construction technology are formed, realized the real time matching fluid. This technology expands the scope of available water resources and reduces the use of liquid tank, avoid the risk of fracturing fluid storage, reduce the margin of the fracturing fluid and simplify the work flow, achieve the goal of saving production cost and improving the comprehensive utilization of water resources.In this paper, the formation of anti-friction agent and shale gas working fluid system also has the characteristics of high efficient use of water resources. At present, this system with the inverse emulsion as the main agent has the advantages of fast dissolution rate, good reduction effect, high resistance to shear, simple operation, repeated use and low damage. The working fluid system has been established in the industrial production and promotes on the shale gas wells.
