Petroleum and natural gas is the most useful energy in human's daily life. However, the process of its exploration and development is full of dangerous. The drilling rig is the most important equipment during the process of oil and gas development, and the operation is a significance for safety production. As the advent of the information era, the smooth completion of oil and gas exploration through the remote real-time monitoring measures becomes a newly project. On the oil rig application of remote monitoring technology, it not only can provide the drill rig manufacturer first-hand information for the maintenance and upkeep of the rig, but also can make the oil and gas development and technical personnel to timely understand the working condition of drilling scene to avoid the accident. The project is supported by the Key Laboratory of Petroleum and Natural Gas Equipment in the Ministry of education, and has carried on the thorough research to the drilling machine parameter remote monitoring system.First of all, through the research of the domestic and foreign oil field remote monitoring system, analysis the existing systems' architecture, equipment composition and working principle, and find the deficiencies. Combined with the current status of the mobile Internet device, a remote monitoring system based on Android and 3G network technology is put forward. The scheme include three parts, the drill site, database server and client. The site is for data acquisition, the data transmission is completed by 3G network, and the database server manage the storage data. The user can read the parameter in real-time by Android mobile device that setup the APP. The key technology and equipment used in the system are introduced in detail. The second chapter mainly introduces the technology about Android system,3G wireless data transmission principle and data recommendation algorithm. On the basic of this, the overall structure of the system is designed, and the function of each module is discussed.Then, a detail system scheme is proposed, and the software and hardware development platform is introduced. Hardware platform include the Android phone, the core server T600 Dell,3G data transmission module EM770w and the field side PLC SIEMENS S7-300 from top to bottom. The software platform focuses on the development of Android system based on IDEA and expounds the data transfer process in B/S mode.In order to match the performance index system, through the comparison of selection by Microsoft Server 2012 SQL database development. After database establishment, use the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013.NET function to build WEB server. At last, discuss three parts of data optimized operation on the data table partition optimization, defragmentation and optimization SQL.To improve this system's performance, PSO algorithm and recommendation algorithm are described in detail. After analysis two combining PSO with data commendation algorithm, according to the properties of drilling parameters proposed an algorithm that can applied to this system. According to the recommendation quality measurement result of comparative.Finally, developing the APP software and optimize the UI interface according to the requirement of the system for mobile terminal remote data access. Finally, after connecting the various parts, the system is tested, which can obtain the working parameters of each module of the drill rig in real time, recommend the suspicious data and the alarm function can be used in normal operation.
