With the rise of the Internet industry and the rapid development of computer technology,people's work and life are increasingly inseparable from mobile devices such as mobile phones,mobile devices have indeed brought people a lot of convenience.Nowadays,mobile payment,card check-in,scan code to obtain travel information,etc.have all made a qualitative change in our lives.Compared with most types of work,the first-line working environment in the petroleum industry is extremely harsh,the processing of drilling data is not timely,which has great limitations.In order to improve the operating efficiency of oil drilling engineering,reduce the cost input of oil companies,and increase corporate benefits,this paper designs a drilling data monitoring platform based on Android App.Since many professional drilling engineers can not visit the site in person every time during the drilling process,they can install this software on their mobile smart phones to realize remote real-time monitoring of drilling data,not only can query drilling data in real time,they can also receive timely data warning messages that deviate from the safety range of the drilling design.In this way,remote workers can quickly respond to the drilling work based on the warning information and forecast data,provide solutions through multi-faceted collaborative work,the solution can avoid wasting corporate manpower,material and financial resources,and protect the personal safety of front-line workers.The platform is composed of database,server and mobile phone client.It combines the B/S network structure and the C/S network structure,applies them to the development of the server and the client respectively.The database side uses My SQL database,with Navicat as the front-end display.The server side uses Tomcat lightweight application server,combined with SSM layered framework for development.The mobile client uses a componentized development method,based on the TCP/IP protocol,and communicates with the server by sending http requests.This system achieves the real-time monitoring of the drilling fluid information of each oil and gas well,the drilling time data of the target layer,the data of stopping injection and production of water injection wells,the measurement data of oil and gas upward channeling speed,the monitoring data of wellbore trajectory and the strength of cementing casing.It is displayed on the client App interface in a concise and clear table form.When there is a difference between the monitoring data and the design value,the server will send a real-time warning message to the client to remind the staff that the drilling work is in an abnormal state,indicating that the current environment does not meet the conditions for safe drilling,as a pre-drilling and drilling check from time to time to reduce unnecessary losses.At the end of the article,the system was tested to verify the feasibility,practicability and safety of the App.
