With the constant improving of people's environmental protection consciousness, the calling for environmentally friendly coatings is becoming stronger and stronger. UV-curable waterborne coating combines traditional UV curing coating technology and waterborne coating technology, which uses water as the diluent, is a real sense of energy conservation and environmental protection coating. UV curable waterborne epoxy acrylic resin dosage has the largest market share in UV water-borne resin. It has the advantages of curing film having high hardness, and fast curing rate. However, the resin has the disadvantages of complex synthetic process, and poor flexibility of curing film. Therefore, the development of a new kind of UV-curable water borne resin with good film performance and simple synthesis process has a certain reference significance to our country's coating industry.In view of the UV-curable waterborne epoxy acrylic resin having the disadvantages of complex synthetic process, high liquid viscosity, low utilization rate of raw material. In this thesis, UV-curable curable waterborne epoxy itaconic acid resin was synthesized by the reaction of the epoxy resin and itaconic acid and the neutralization of organic alkali. In this paper the effect of itaconic acid and epoxy mole ratio, reaction temperature, catalyst type, catalyst dosage, solid content, neutralization agent type, light initiator species and dosage on the properties of resin and its paint film had been studied.The research results showed that high reaction rate and conversion rate of synthetic resin, when the mole rate is 0.8, the reaction temperature was 105?, the catalyst was triethylamine and the dosage of catalyst was 1%. the neutralizer was 2-(dimethyl amine) ethyl acrylate, the photoinitiator is 1173 and the dosage of photoinitiator was 5%, the rate of viscosity reduction was as high as 96.13%, the film adhesion level was 3, the flexibility was 5mm, the resistance height was 30 kg cm, the comprehensive performance of resin and film was excellent. The structure of the synthesis resin was characterized by FT-IR, which the results showed that the product was obtained.In this paper, UV-curable curable waterborne PUA resin was synthesized by the reaction of the PPG 1000, IPDI, DMPA and the neutralization of organic alkali. In this paper the effect of the dosage of HPMAcand DMPA, reaction temperature, solid content, neutralization agent type, light initiator species and dosage on the properties of resin and its paint film had been studied.The research results showed that high reaction rate and conversion rate of synthetic resin, when the -OH of HPMA occupied 40% of the total -OH and the dosage of DMPA is 3%, the reaction temperature was 75?. the neutralizer was 2-(dimethyl amine) ethyl acrylate, the photoinitiator is 1173 and the dosage of photoinitiator was 7%, the rate of viscosity reduction was as high as 96.57%, the film adhesion level was 0, the flexibility was 2 mm, the resistance height was 50 kg cm, the comprehensive performance of resin and film was excellent. The structure of the synthesis resin was characterized by FT-IR, which the results showed that the object product was obtained.In view of the poor flexibility of the film of UV-curable waterborne epoxy itaconic acid resin.In this paper, UV-curable curable waterborne epoxy itaconic acid resin modified by PU was synthesized by the reaction of -NCO half sealed PUA and epoxy itaconic acid resin and the neutralization of organic alkali. In this paper the effect of additional of-NCO half sealed PUA, solid content, light initiator species and dosage on the properties of resin and its paint film had been studied.The research results showed that resin and the film properities shows well, when the additional of-NCO half sealed PUA is 10%, the photoinitiator is 1173 and the dosage of photoinitiator was 5%, the rate of viscosity reduction was as high as 96.30%, the film adhesion level was 0, the flexibility was 2 mm, the resistance height was 50 kg·cm, the comprehensive performance of resin and film was excellent. The structure of the synthesis resin was characterized by FT-IR, which the results showed that object product was obtained.
