Silicone softener has attracted more attention than before for its strong ability to provide good touch feeling and to soften the textile. During the decades of development, it has changed from initial PDMS to multiple function textile auxiliaries with various chemical structure. For instance, ternary block copolymer is kind of silicone oil with three segments—polyether, polysiloxane and polyetheramine. All of these segments has strong effect on the performance of silicone oil,polyether segments can make the textile acquire good hydrophilic property and polysiloxane can make it softer,polyetheramine is also important for its ability to strengthen the binding capacity of the auxiliary and to soften the textile. What is more attractive is that we can synthesize different kind of silicone oil by changing the proportion of these segments.In this dissertation, the method of synthesizingternary block copolymer silicone oil is fully depicted by a three-step progress. Firstly, D4 and TMDSO is mixed together with catalyst on the temperature of 40? for 8 hours. Secondly, the compound is purified and mixed with AGE and catalyst, and react for 3 hours under the temperature of 120?. At last, ED2003 and T403 is added in to finish the last step of synthesis.After the synthesis, the emulsification condition is tested with the conclusion of using TO5 and AEO7 these two emulsifier for 5% of system's mass and the p H should be maintain in 6. The particle size of emulsion is proved that in the range of 10-100 nm with good stabilization.Flexibility, whiteness and more property is tested and the surface of fiber is analyzed by SEM, all of these factors proved that ternary block copolymer silicone oil has good performance in textile treatment...
