It is one of the most economic and widely used transportation modes of modern pipelines.Nowadays,it is often failed with the following three reasons including more and more gathering and long-distance pipelines laying and longer service time.There are many factors which can lead pipelines failed and some of them are random fuzzy and incomplete.Moreover,the traditional diagnosis are limited when it is used in complicated tunnel failure.And It becomes important that how to analyze pipeline failure scientifically and effectively.According to the above puzzles,this article study one new fuzzy diagnosis model on the basis of fuzzy logic law.This study summarized key factors resulting in corrosion failure from mathematical statistical theory,risk analysis mode and system safety model and then built evaluation index system versus pipeline failure.Furthermore,fuzzy evaluation was analyzed including main risk probability and influence degree of the probability to pipeline corrosion.And quantitative assessment of corrosion failure was did.Some important conclusions are as follows:Fault tree of corrosion failure using fault tree analysis method was built and the corrosion reasons was found under the help of solving the minimum cut set,then the dangerous source was identifying.From mathematical statistical method and system safety theory,corrosion hole was set up which is systematical scientific and feasible through questionnaire survey and identification risk source;And analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the evaluation index weight of corrosion failure.Fuzzy assessment was used to fuzzy assess one pipeline based on the above research.And then the gas pipeline was tested of corrosion operating mode through magnetic flux,and compared with fuzzy assessment result to verify assessment feasibility.So,it can put forward some point to monitor and inspection.The above study can give some suggestion about how to monitor and inspect trenchless pipelines.
